Foam Conversion Service

We use die-cutters for foam conversion operations to fit out your cases/boxes to your exact specifications.

We can provide foam inserts in any thickness and in a variety of types and colours and arrange any variation of cut-outs according to your requirements. We also supply brush nylon (felt) covered foam inserts in different colours to enhance the presentation of the case or box and its contents.

Thermoforming Service

At A2B Plastics we specialise in custom foam inserts. We have the capability to provide vacuum formed plastic inserts to house your products, tailor-made to your exact specifications.

These can vary from a tray with pockets or dividers in which items can be inserted into custom foam inserts with tight tolerances that will ‘grip' the items within. Our custom foam inserts are designed specifically for your products and can be manufactured in a range of different materials and in a variety of different colours.
